I never would have guessed that I would consider a peacock scarf. I saw this in the Metropolitan Museum of Art's store and admired the shimmer of its iridescent colors.
The size is perfect- long enough to swirl
around a few times and stay warm this winter. And with scarves so popular right now, its beautiful hues are sure to attract a few compliments.
The design was inspired by Louis Tiffany's 1900 glass vase in the Met's collection. The scarf is 28" x 74" and is made of
a silk/wool blend.
The scarf is available here.
All photos are from here also.
This scarf looks gorgeous. The composition is also very good and it not only looks great but also will keep you warm during cold fall. Private Writing collection also have some good scarfs but I like this more.
