Butterflying It

Nothing like the butterflies to welcome us into these lovely spring summer days!

We visited the Cleveland Botanical Garden over the weekend and spent a delightful few hours with the butterflies and birds in the Glasshouse. The butterflies are not shy.

One of the bird varieties- this guy was so pretty!

Looking forward to hosting the butterflies in the garden this summer!
We seem to be seeing more varieties each year-
we've been chemical free for at least seven years now.

How about your yard?

Thank you, Cindy, at My Romantic Home for Show & Tell Fridays!

  1. You have butterflies in Cleveland? Please tell them to stay away from the fire river.

  2. Haha! The Cuyahoga River has long been cleaned up.
As a matter of fact, it is quite delightful both along the lake and the river.
Both are great assets. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have this huge body of fresh water available to us on our shores.
