Zinc It!

Zinc says summer.
Easy to use, casual.

At Scarlett Sales in Tennessee, Scarlett and her dad recycle old tables by cladding them with zinc scraps reclaimed from old buildings. Perfect for your outdoor room, although I'd place it in the shade while eating.

Old Parisian rooftops were recycled into "boards" for this zinc tub surround. Its patina can't be matched by anything new!

Hey, why not? Here's a Happy Birthday without the calories or mosquitoes!

A petite collection of French zinc, including a zinc pomegranate. May I have one of each?

  8. The most beautiful colors, just poured concrete, weathered pewter, old silver, and all our beautiful "greige's." Love it all. In fact, my house if filled with this...I just call it silver.

  9. Although a prefer original pieces - I must admit - I love the 'zinced' round table!
And of course - the window is wonderful.

Sorry for belated comment, but....busy with watering, no rain here in sight so far, too dry, renters arriving during the next days for the holiday house...and...and...

  10. It is believed that zinc can reduce the symptoms of acne. However on the other hand, many studies have indicated that this is not the case. So is there a connection between the two? Let us find out.
