Would you consider a piece of furniture using hides?
You bet! I have a vintage chair with wood carving and Queen Anne legs awaiting a hair hide now to be upholstered. I love my French and European antiques and vintage silver but being married to a cowboy I like to add in some rustic elements with it and hides work beautifully.
