The Grand Simplicity of Château de Moissac-Bellevue

During this hot spell, my choice location to cool down would be to step into this starkly beautiful setting of stone and plaster. Château de Moissac-Bellevue hails from the early 17th century on a Provençal hilltop.

The striking stairwell reveals evidence that most folks pass their hands over the stone as they descend the stairs.

You can just feel the refuge of the kitchen's coolness.

What a treasure to rest in these peaceful rooms, admiring the Château's walls and decor- the very definition of simple and elegant.

Had to have a little gilt in here!
